Radin Skin Centre offers the innovative HydraFacial, an advanced treatment that quickly refreshes and resurfaces the skin without the discomfort of traditional microdermabrasion. Often called “hydradermabrasion,” HydraFacial provides a four-step process that rids your skin of dead cells, extracts blackheads, and intensely hydrates the skin, revealing the smoother, brighter, more radiant layer underneath.

The procedure combines particle-free microdermabrasion with alpha and beta hydroxyl acids, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants. HydraFacial also increases the thickness of the epidermal and dermal layers of skin, increasing fibroblast and collagen activity for long-lasting skin health and a more youthful appearance. All of these components are key to keeping your skin properly cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished.

A non-surgical and non-laser procedure, HydraFacial is highly customised and appropriate for all skin tones. Traditional microdermabrasion procedures have often not been recommended for people with skin sensitivities, but HydraFacial is non-irritating and provides different formulas for dry skin, oily skin, combination skin, and even sensitive skin.

How Does HydraFacial work?

A Typical HydraFacial Treatment

We examine your skin and choose the HydraFacial serums that will be most beneficial to your skin. The treatment is soothing and relaxing and takes under an hour, usually around thirty minutes.

After deep cleansing and resurfacing to exfoliate the skin, a Vortex-Fusion® suction process provides automated extractions of blackheads to dislodge congested impurities from the skin. A number of Vortex-Fusion tips are available, and we choose the one that will provide you with the safest and most aesthetic result for your skin type and condition.

The serums are then applied to fully hydrate the skin and provide important nutrients to improve your skin’s health. The antioxidants in the serums help to combat damage caused by environmental and dietary factors, making your skin more resilient to the elements.

Recovering from HydraFacial

HydraFacial requires no recovery period. After your treatment, you can return to work or other activities right away, including applying makeup.

HydraFacial leaves your skin with more even skin tone and looking younger, clearer, and more polished.

We recommend a series of about 4-6 treatments to fully improve fine lines, hyperpigmentation, acne, or oily skin issues. Maintenance treatments are also recommended at the patient’s discretion.
